Keep Carroll Beautiful
is affiliated with Keep
America Beautiful. KAB was started in 1953 when a group of
corporate and civic leaders met to discuss a revolutionary
idea--bring the public and private sectors together to promote
a national cleanliness ethic. Today, there are more than 565 affiliates
across the country.
In Georgia alone there are over 60 affiliated networks with Keep
Georgia Beautiful including: Keep Atlanta Beautiful, Keep
Hall Beautiful and Keep
Bulloch Beautiful.
Keep Carroll Beautiful works closely with local civic groups to
help beautify Carroll County. KCB would not be what it is today
without them, they include: The
Georgia Recycling Coalition, The
Georgia Department of Community Affairs and Friends
of McIntosh Reserve.
