Keep Carroll Beautiful is working toward the fulfillment of our mission to engage the citizens of Carroll County in taking responsibility for improving our community’s environment. Our main areas of focus are litter prevention, recycling, and beautification, all supplemented by educational outreach and campaigns in these fields.
